My order has not arrived when expected, what can I do?
Please call us on 083 578 6276 or Email us at onpointewear@gmail.com with your invoice number so that we can investigate why your order has not arrived?
How many days will it take for my order to be delivered?
Non branded items will take 2-3 Days
Branded items depend on quantity of items to be branded and a confirmation email will be sent from onpointewear@gmail.com to confirm delivery date (Anything between 5-15 working days depending on quantity)
Custom made items will also be given a timeframe and completion order date via email from onpointewear@gmail.com
How do I cancel my order?
Non branded and branded items needs to be cancelled within 24 hours of order placed.
Custom items must be cancelled before manufacturing takes place
No custom or branded items will be eligible for refund after branding has been applied.

Yes it is. We make use of Payfast to do our payments.

Credit Card, Cheque Cards and Instant EFT.

All Emails, Names, Surnames and contact numbers will be kept personal and are protected by the POPI act.
Branding
Can I personalize my products?
All items can be branded
(Minimum order of 10 units per logo branding)
How do I know if the best branding has been chosen?
All products that require branding will be checked and when you have accidentally chosen the wrong branding online, we will either notify you that the branding chosen(print, embroidery or laser) cannot be applied and we will recommend appropriate branding.
Example: Laser on stainless steel cannot be applied and we would rather recommend sandblasting.
Can I change my branding logo/branding type?
All changes must be emailed to onpointewear@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
